Calum Hood leaving 5SOS? Happy birthday 5sos!

So a few days ago Calum tweeted 'One day I'll leave and live a normal life' and fans went crazy.  Everyone was saying that Calum was planning a Zayn and going to leave the band so he could have a normal life.  Fans started a hashtag #WeLoveYouCalum to show appreciation towards Calum.

Don't worry, in a recent interview he was asked 'are you planning to leave the band?' he replied instantly 'oh f**k no!' so that is cleared up, our puppy is not leaving any time soon.

In other 5 Seconds of Summer news, on the the 3rd of December another hashtag arose #4YearsOf5SOS so as you guessed, 5sos are 4 years old now!  4 years of banding and derping, 4 years of awesomeness and 4 years of penguins, puppies, kittens and a kangaroo.   Happy birthday 5sos!

Larzaylea is over???

OK so you know how Luke Hemmings is dating Arzaylea, yea well maybe they have split up...

Recently on Arzaylea's Snapchat she posted a video of her and another man naked in bed.  She deleted it soon after but not before some people could save the video...  So while that is confusing enough, she also has been tweeting some cryptic tweets.  One saying something along the lines of " I don't need you to bring me here [AMA's].  I can bring myself here.  Independent b*tch"  what everyone is saying is that Luke didn't invite her to the AMA's and she went anyway to prove her independence, she wasn't with him at the AMA's, I haven't seen any photos and I have been looking really hard...    It was rumoured that she also said "you thought I cared about this relationship, well fu$k it I don't need you" but someone has claimed responsibility for faking that.  If this all wasn't too much for you now read this, there is a rumour that she kissed Michael at a party (well who wouldn't) but I don't think this is true because Michael wouldn't do that to Luke and also she has denied tweets saying they kissed...  People have been tweeting saying stuff like Arzaylea kissed Michael and Luke broke up with her" she has denied the kissing part but not he break up part, and thats what people are using as proof that they broke up.

The media has been saying that Luke cheated on Arzaylea with Hayley Baldwin (they were seen eating together) but fans have quickly shut them down saying "can't you just leave him alone, the boys can't be seen with friends without someone accusing the of dating".
In a recent interview Ashton Irwin has said all 4 boys are single.  Luke however has said nothing, he hasn't even confirmed they are dating (its pretty obvious though).

Personally I think we should back off and stop starting rumours about them and being rude to them.  Its none of our business wether Luke is dating someone or not.  Sure you want to know his status so that you have less stress on you, but really there is no stress on you, there is, however, lots of stress on Luke and Arzaylea, people demanding answers to questions that have evolved from miscommunications...  So just back off...

I will have more information on this in other posts so keep and eye out for that...

I don't even know what this is...

Sorry I haven't posted in a long time but I have been busy, basically I have been doing competitive sprinting.  I started at school and came 1st in those sprints so I went into the next competition, where all of the central schools of my city compete together.  I then qualified for  the next competition, all of the best of the areas in my town, so its the whole city!  If I qualify I then verse all of the best in the North Island!  I'm really excited and the competition is next week on Tuesday!  Wish me luck!

Comment some ideas for posts 'cause I don't know what to write about...  I have some other posts coming up, I don't even know if anyone reads this blog but anyway, I could be writing to myself or there could be people who read this... Please tell me if you read this, we could be pen pals or something...

Happiness

If you are unhappy or just want a little pick me up read on...

Everyone goes onto those hipster blogs and sees those edits about sadness and sometimes they can make you feel really bad about yourself, but trust me, you are wanted in this world as much as anyone else, you may not feel loved but you are.  To someone out there, you are the reason for their happiness, for their confidence and for the reason they care.  You are the reason someone can't sleep because they are too happy, thinking about the next time they get to see you, because seeing you is such a privilege and shouldn't be waisted, neither should your life.  Your life shouldn't be waisted thinking about all the sad things in life when you are just missing out on the happy things.  Your smile is the reason for the light in their eyes because your happiness is so valuable to them, your happiness is so valuable to me and I can't tell you enough.  You are a treasure because of your personality and the way you handle things, I am so proud of you for coming so far...  Someone out there remembers every little good thing you have said and they might be too shy to say anything but they love you for you.  They love all the little things that make you as close to perfect as you can possibly get because everyone is this world has a point and don't ever tell me otherwise, you are special, you are amazing and without you someone might not have had the confidence to do something but you gave them that confidence because you are awesome and talented and you mean everything to me and to your parent/s and to that special kid who knows your true self, the best you.  You weren't put on this earth so you could spend time trying to get off it.  If you are feeling rad don't let anyone turn that r into an s.  You are one of the best people ever, you have a purpose in this world and that is to live your life not caring about all the sad things.  Its ok to feel sad but remember, a whole lot of people care so much about you.  You can always email me if you are feeling horrible and I will always, always reply because you mean so much to me and to this world.  My email is sportyspice2002@gmail.com (dont judge my email it was a dare).

Life is Like a Vase of Flowers

Hi, so today I get an extra day off school as well as Monday (labour day) because our school has longer days than everyone else's (so we get longer holidays).
So today I was going to read and just be lazy but then I read 'The Manifesto on How To Be Interesting' (it is a really good book) it talked about how to be considered popular according to modern society, it talked about how society has convinced everyone that you have to look nice all the time otherwise you don't matter to others.  You might be thinking 'uhm no I'm not that shallow' but you are, I am, everyone is and no-one means to be.  Think about flowers, you don't pick the crushed, lesser flowers, you pick the most beautiful and nice looking (and smelling) because no-one wants to look at ugly, crushed flowers.  Its like that, society is a vase of flowers and if you are the lesser of the flowers you don't exist because everyones eyes are drawn to the beautiful confident flowers.  I'm not saying your an ugly flower I'm just saying thats how the world is, there is an ugly flower and a beautiful flower and everyone wants to be the beautiful flower.  It's society's hierarchy.   So this goes against everything I have just said, but before you go changing yourself to fit in, just remember that bees don't judge a flower by the way it looks, the bee only cares about what's on the inside. So be the person you want to be and don't worry about other people and their perspectives because their perception of you is different to what anyone else thinks of you, if they bully you its because they are jealous that the bees swarm over your personality.  So find some bees and change the world, also don't do anything to impress someone, especially some one you have a crush on, because if they don't like you for you than they are 'as blind as a guy who's eyes stopped working' (Lego Movie quote).  I have my bees and my tormenting pretty popular flower people but I don't care, I just focus on my bees and my life and all the other flowers disappear off my list of things I care about.  And remember, you can't always be the flower, you sometimes have to be the bee.  Please comment a time where you have been the bee to someone.

Rugby Semi's

 Yesterday morning I got up at 4am because my friend told me it was yesterday 😒 then I slept until 10:30am.  This morning was so intense, I got up at 4am to watch the rugby in mum and dads room because the other tv broke, and Zoe (3 years old) was already there!  Anyway we watched non stop until half time and then I got my phone and snapchatted my friend throughout the 2nd half.  It was pretty intense, it was the same as watching the final, Dan Carter kicked some nice conversions and at one point a drop kick which I forgot you could do.  It was a great game AB's and now Imma sleep for a couple of years.🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿 now we just have to wait so see who else will make it to the finals.

My birthday

So yesterday (23 October) was my birthday!  I am now 13 whoop whoop.  My prezzies were: a Calum Hood sweatshirt, the 5sos tote bag, She's Kinda Hot EP from ENGLAND(dads over there for RWC so he sent it) and SGFG!!! I am so happy with my presents from my family.  When I or to school I was late for choir😅 so I got yelled at.  I got lots of birthday wishes from friends once in class.  At morning tea I was greeted with flowers from my friend and beautiful peacock earrings from my other friend.  In the afternoon the school had the talent show so I got a pretty good seat with some boys in my class.  It ended late an it was raining pretty bad so I waited for mum to pick us up down by the gate.  I ended up waiting for 20 minutes with my friend (girl) and other friend (boy).  We eventually got on the road and stopped at Pita Pit for dinner.  When we got home I was greeted by my neighbors who we are friends with.  We ended up eating dinner and cake together while listening to new 5sos songs.  They left at about 11 pm and I went to sleep...  It was a really good day and I enjoyed every second, even out in the rain...

Halloween

Hi, I haven't posted in a while so this is what has happened...  I have been away at Kuratau, Taupo.  My neighbours house burnt down the mining we were leaving so we left after it had been put out...  5sos added NZ to #tnbs but we can't actually register because they don't have a sponsor for us they just know that they might be getting one.  This morning I was voting on twitter for #VMAFanWars5sosFam we are up against harmonisers, again.  As I am typing this we are at 50% all...  I reached my twitter limit for the day so I can't help, but if you are on twitter, everything you post or retweet with #VMAFanWars5sosFam is one vote towards us!  So anyway this post is about halloween.

Every year I have a halloween themed birthday party, and since this is my last year at my current school, I thought I would invite everyone from my year group.  Don't worry there are 25 of us in my year not like 50.  Today I went to spotlight and bought some decorations, cutlery and useful stuff for my party.  I have a book of everything about my party, there is a to do list, shopping list, RSVP list, food list, decorations list, designs for diy decorations and a list of activities.  I have planned everything in this little book.  I thought I would share with you the dos and don'ts of planning a halloween party.

Do: Plan, plan, plan.  Write down activity ideas, food ideas, to do lists, everything.  You never know what fantastic idea you could think of and then the next day not remember what it was, or buy something not knowing what you bought it for.

Don't: Get stressed over decorations.  Yea everyone wants to have the coolest decorations, spookiest labels for food and chic table ware, but decorations can distract you from the bigger picture.  Today I was planning to make tomb stones but I had put it off for a couple of days and I was so stressed thinking I would never have them done by the end of the holidays, but when I went to spotlight, I found tomb stones for $3.50 each so it was fine.

Do: Do everything at least a week before your party (except food and stuff).  This way you know it is done and you don't have this huge pile of stuff to do 3 days before halloween.

Don't: Send invitations out late.  If you leave sending your invites out until a week before your party you will find that people have already received an invite to other halloween parties or special things that they have already RSVPed to.  With me, I am on holiday right now so I can't give people invites until school starts, the people will only have 2 weeks notice.  What I did is I texted my friends, the essential ones that I need to come, and asked if they could reserve halloween for my party.  For one of my friends, she was on her computer ready to buy tickets to this thing that her mum had begged her to watch.  I called her so she got out of it just in time, she didn't want to see it and she couldn't find an  excuse so I gave her a reason to miss it.  Also don't freak out if your best friend can't make it, it just means more pizza for you, you can wear twinning outfits with someone else, or its just an excuse to not wear twinning outfits at all if thats not what your into.

Do: Try and make the decorations yourself, especially if you live in a place where halloween isn't really a thing.  If you make it yourself you can add something personal to it.  And remember, if you run out of time to make something, its not the end of the world, you can always go without it or buy it from the 2 dollar shop or somewhere.

Costume:
Try and have your costume all ready wayyy before the night.  Try out your makeup before hand so you know you can do it, and if you can't you can find other makeup you can do.  Go simple with your costume, you don't need to go overboard with accessories or makeup, unless that's a requirement of your character.  You don't need to dress for someone, just dress up for fun and for you.  If you want to be Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz than do it.  Don't spend too much money on a costume that is only going to be worn once, wear what you have at home or can get from the op shop or 2 dollar store.

Other tips and tricks:
Before the night, get your makeup, wig, and anything that you will be wearing on your head and neck on and practice your selfie faces.  It sounds really narcissistic but it is good to see what faces you should and shouldn't make when someone pulls out their phone and takes a pic with you.  try different angles and lighting, you might find that putting your phone at an angle so it looks up at your face will give you a double chin, and for some people a kinda birds eye view will make your forehead look huge.  Don't stress to much and it doesn't really matter, its just so that you don't look back at your photos and think, omigod I look like a shiny duck.  You don't want to draw attention to the face you are making, just to what's going on in that scene.

Dance a lot, and keep other shoes around for dancing or even go bare foot, who cares what is on your feet.

If someone is wearing the exact same costume as you, or pretty close, take photos with them, you could be zombie twin sisters.  There are limited costumes that people can wear so don't be surprised if someone shows up in yours.

Be polite, even if everything goes wrong and people don't show up or certain people do show up, be polite.  If you are rude than word gets around and people won't want to come next time.

Hi, so as many of you know this thing called The New Broken Scene has been announced... It's basically a meet and greet with 5sos for a few lucky fam members.  There will be live music and you get to meet 5sauce!  To go in the draw you have to have a Twitter account and be signed up to the email updates.  There might be a link to sign up on their website, I'm not sure.  If you enter your Twitter account they will change your header and profile picture to the safety pin heart thing.  You have to select the country in which you live, but not all the countries are eligible.  They are adding more countries all the time so don't worry, my country isn't on there so yea... RWC

This isn't just a 5sos blog so I'm going to talk about the RWC!  I'm supporting All Blacks 😉🇳🇿.  I'm going on holiday tomorrow after school so I won't have Internet 😔.  But I do have tv so I will be watching and waiting...  Anyway the All Blacks are the best and I believe in them.  I will do some All Blacks updates so watch out 🙅🏽.  We are world #1 right now!  Come on AB's!  Btw if you don't know what RWC stands for its Rugby World Cup..

Arzaylea drama

Sorry I haven't posted, I just finished two huge school projects, exhibition and trinity.

I gave up social media for a day because of all the Luke and Arzaylea drama...  I don't hate on her because we don't know what's going on in her personal life (besides Luke and her other boyfriend).  If their relationship got really bad than Liz would step in an make her go away so stop worrying, and remember, it could all be a stunt.  I'm a Luke girl but I'm not unfollowing him and abusing him through social media, being a Luke girl does not mean that you are hopelessly in love with him, it means that you have a soft spot in your heart for him, and it means that you will protect him.  

 On this blog I will be doing The New Broken Scene updates and major updates on 5sauce as well as non 5sos stuff like rugby and randomness.
